This tutorial requires: Jasc PSP.
A basic knowledge of PSP tools.
A basic knowledge of vectors.

It is very important you save your work as you go along that way you won't have to restart.

Open a new image 400 x 400 transparent background.Add a new vector layer.   Using your preset shapes tool set to circle, antialias checked, create as vector, size 1 draw a circle in the middle of your image.
Foreground and background colour set to the colour you want your flower to be. Click the object selector (next to shape tool) and then right click the image and select node edit.
Click the nodes to get the handled and turn and shape your image like I have done here.

Once you have it the way you like, convert the vector layer to a raster layer.
Now we're going to shade it. Set your background colour to a darker version of your foreground colour.
Set your airbrush tool as follows.

Make sure your flower is selected and setting your spray tip outside the flower, spray some shading onto the edges of the flower.

Add a new vector layer behind the flower layer, and using the preset shapes tool as above, draw the background petals. Covert that layer to raster, select the back petals and shade the same way you did the main flower.

Add a new raster layer and set your selection tool to elipse, antialias, feather 1.
Draw an ellipse on your flower to make some shading as I have below.
Be sure to hold your airbrush on the outside of the ellipse so you spray the inside softly.

Add a new layer between the petal layer and the main flower layer.
Set your airbrush tool as I have and you foreground to yellow, background to white and gently spray some speckles inside the flower.

Do it a bit at a time so you don't end up with too much.

Now your flower is finished. You can save it in layers so you can colourize it when you want or you can merge the layers and tube it.
You can flip it upside down and shrink it and make a vine of them also.
