All items offered at LJG Design are instant download upon purchase. For this reason no refunds will be granted on completed purchases.

** If you are making a product that you sell on line and it requires you to make a preview image to show what you are selling. Please protect that image!! It is VERY easy for people to steal graphics from large images and adapt them.
For this reason...any preview image you make that contains my graphics must be no larger than 250x250 pixels (.8x.8 inches) unless it is watermarked!


No Direct Linking: Under no circumstances are you permitted to link directly to anything on this site unless it is to give a credit link. In that case you are asked to download the banner or logo (on the bottom of this page) to your own server. All items offered from this site require a credit link back to http://ljgdesign.com.

No Group Sharing: is permitted by any means in any format. You may not share anything off this site through any email group, web group (including but not limited to Yahoo and MSN groups) or any forum.

Right to Use: The viewing, printing or downloading of any content or graphic from this site grants you only a limited, non-exclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal or commercial use. Nothing on this site may be re sold in its current form. Your right to use the site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents is not transferable and may only be used by you. This means you may not give or lend your password to anyone else!

Payment: All payments to be made via PayPal unless otherwise specified. Once payment has been received you will receive access to your downloadable files.

Downloads and Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products there is a no return or refund policy. Please see the shipping and returns page for more information. If for any reason you cannot download the files upon purchase you must contact me and let me know as soon as possible so we can get the problem solved. You are responsible for saving backups of your purchased files so please make backups of them.




Printable Items: come in 2 forms - ready to print and template form. These are the majority of items on this site. They include but are not limited to candy wraps, paint can wraps, stationery, invitations and cards etc... Once purchased you may use these items for personal or commercial use. You may not re-sell them in their current form by any means - you must add text or additional graphics to them to make them your own to be able to sell them as a finished product only and not resold digitally. If you do not add anything to them before printing then you may only use them for personal use.
They may be printed off as many times as needed. All our printables are created at 200-300ppi and come to you in png or jpg format unless otherwise noted. Please note the guidelines for templates are different than those for ready to print. Please read the individual products page for more information. The colours may be slightly different when printed because of a difference in the print settings, the ink used or the paper quality.

Graphics: are offered for you to use to enhance your creativity. What you create with them may be used for personal or commercial use however the graphics in their current form may not be re-sold or modified. All our graphics come to you in png format to maintain transparencies, unless otherwise noted. Scrapbookers may not offer these items as stand alone graphics or additions to a set. They must be used to create something final.

Tutorials: are offered for you to learn or enhance your PSP skills. The tutorials may not be posted anywhere online or shared at any group or forum. They are for your personal use only. Anything you create from the tutorials is yours to do with as you please. You may not re-write the tutorials in any way or copy the methods and settings used in them for your own tutorial.

Web Sets: are available for your personal or commercial site or may be given as a gift but they may not be re-sold in any format. Web sets are available 1 time only. You may modify it to make it fit your site or store but not to modify the general look of the set or for any other use. The sets come to you in jpg format and include an html page for layout sample purpose in case you need it.



All images and printables come to you in JPG or PNG format.
What are JPG and PNG format: - JPG is a file type that will open in any graphic program. It is a way to save images that need no modifications and do not need to be transparent. PNG format is used when I sell templates that need to be on transparent backgrounds or have transparent sections. This format allows you to add the text or items of your choice to personalize the item you purchased. It is larger so when you are finished I suggest you save it in jpg format. Note - JPG format does not preserve a transparent background and will render your background white.


Can I make Ebay templates with your graphics? - yes but you must include a link back to my site.

Do I have to link back to your site? - if you use anything off my site then yes you muist provide a link back to http://ljgdesign.com.

Can I use your graphics for Cafe Press? - Yes you may, as long as there is a link back to my site somewhere on your site.

Can I use your graphics for scrapbooking? - You may include the graphics in your scrapbook kit but the kit MUST be a complete layout and only the graphics required to make the layout can be included. You may NOT include the graphics in a scrapbook kit that only contains various graphics with matching backgrounds. You MUST include a text file with your kit with the following text : Some graphics used to in this layout Copyright ©2007 http://ljgdesign.com and may not be used for anything other than completing this layout. These graphics have been purchased and licensed by me for use in this layout and may not be sold or passed around anywhere online.

Can I sell the candy wraps? - yes as long as you have done something with them and made them your own. This means you can not sell them as is. You must add more graphics or personalized text to them first.

Can I make stickers with your graphics? - You may NOT put them on a white background and sell or give them away as Decopauge Sheets, Sticker Sheets or as single Embellishments for anything.

Can I use your graphics for digital embroidery? - You may use them to create digital embroidery files but the file must be in a digital embroidery format. You may include a small, low quality jpg sample of the graphic with your file and must include this text file : This graphic is Copyright © ljgdesign.com and may not be redistributed or reproduced in any way other than as a completed embroidery design on your item.

Can I add to your stationery and sell it on line? - NO the stationeries may not be resold. They are for personal use only.

I am making a set for a customer and your floral stationery matches the other pieces in the set. Can I include it even though I am selling the set? - Yes you may, because it matches the set and that is the ONLY exception.

Can I purchase a template then share it with a group I am in? - Absolutely not. You must add to the template in some format before you can do anything with it. If you sell on line you must add a credit link back to my site.

If I add to the template to make a finished product then can I share it with the group or forum I am a member of? - No, you may not share anything off this site. You may sell it once you have added to it and made it your own but you may not share it in any group, forum or by email. (only exception to this rule is Crazy Software Forum).

Where do you get the graphics from that you use on your creations? - They are my own or I get them from different places on line. If I use graphics from a site I will put their banner in the banner rotation on the bottom of my page or if they are an affiliate it will go on the right side, so that others can find them also.

Why do the colours on mine look different? - The colours may be slightly different because of a difference in the print settings, the ink used or the paper quality.
